Each year 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health issue. Approximately half of all individuals will experience issues with mental health in their lifetime. This could be you, a loved one, a family member, a friend, a colleague, a neighbor…

Inspired by the 2019 ACT Mental Health Month theme ‘Conversations & Connection’, The Wellbeing Priori-Tea aims to bring people together to have a chat over a cuppa during Mental Health Month in October.

This year we are asking ACT workplaces to take a break and make mental health a priority by hosting your own ‘Wellbeing Priori-tea’! It could be a morning tea, afternoon tea or high tea! You can also use your event to help raise donations for a mental health charity of your choice.*

Register your event below to receive the ‘Wellbeing Priori-tea’ pack which includes a quiz to get the conversation started at your workplace as well access to a variety of helpful wellbeing tools and resources from leading mental health organisations.

By registering, your organisation or business will be listed as a partner of the program at the bottom of this page.

*Please note: if you do wish to raise donations for a charity of your choice

this agreement will be between you and your chosen charity. MHCC ACT (coordinator of MHM ACT) is not responsible for any funds raised at your event.
