Your theme can draw on lived experience or simply offer a fresh idea for a concept that will underpin Mental Health Week 2019 in the ACT.

When should our theme be submitted by?

Please submit your theme idea via the 'theme suggestion form' above by 5pm Monday 22nd of April, 2019.

How do I know if our theme was chosen?

If your theme was chosen you will be contacted at the end of April 2019.

How else can our school get involved in Mental Health Month 2019?

We encourage schools in Canberra and surrounding areas to get involved in Mental Health Month and help raise community awareness and understanding of mental health, reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.

Your school or organisation can get involved by;
