Mental Health & Wellbeing Community Expo
The Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo is an integral part of Mental Health Month in the ACT.
While we had to cancel the Expo in 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions and the need for physical distancing, we are excited to be back planning an exciting new event format for 2021 - Community Expos!
This year we are very excited to be bringing you FIVE free public events across October aimed at bringing the ACT and surrounding communities together to celebrate positive wellbeing and learn more about mental health services available in the region.
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Community Expos, together with the theme Navigate Your Mental Health, aim to encourage people to maintain their wellbeing, seek help early and practice positive mental health to help reduce the impact of mental illness of an individual's life.
