Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo is an integral part of Mental Health Month in the ACT.

We are currently investigating options for hosting this event under current social distancing conditions in line with reducing the spread of COVID-19 infection in 2020. More information will be available soon.

This free public event aims to bring the ACT and surrounding communities together to celebrate positive wellbeing and learn more about mental health services available in the region. Importantly, the Expo aims to encourage people to seek help early to help reduce the impact of mental illness of an individual's life.

In 2019 we saw 80 local organisations come together in a fun market-day atmosphere with interactive activities, sausage sizzle and live music.

Stallholder registrations for 2020 will open once we confirm how the Expo will look under current conditions - stay tuned!

The expo brings service providers working in the health, wellbeing  and community sectors together to promote their services, network and celebrate the work that they do.

The expo offers an opportunity for stallholders to attend and promote their service via a stall.
