The hunt will occur throughout Marymead, aiming to de-stigmatise mental health help-seeking through familiarising participants with our offices and staff.
The scavenger hunt is to create a “self-care box”. The hunt will occur throughout Marymead, aiming to de-stigmatise mental health help-seeking through familiarising participants with our offices and staff. Lastly, participants will create the “self-care box”, guided by New Horizons counsellors, talking about self-care.
